We reduce residential waste in South Lake Tahoe by making it easier for households to divert food scraps from the landfill.

Choose your membership level

  • Composter Level 2

    Good for 3+ person households

    $17 per month or $90 for 6 months

    includes:

    Two, 5-gallon food scrap bin pick-ups per month

    Initial and ongoing composting education

  • Composter Level 1

    Good for 1-2 person households

    $12 per month or $60 for 6 months

    includes:

    One, 5-gallon food scrap bin pick-ups per month

    Initial and ongoing composting education
